An appeal is a formal request to review a decision made by the Accreditation Institute regarding a candidate’s certification status. Appeals can be filed if a candidate believes that there was an error or irregularity in their exam session or any other step in the certification process that could have affected their certification decision.

Who can file an appeal?

Any candidate who has received a certification decision and believes that there was an error or irregularity that could have affected their certification status may file an appeal.
