FAQ: Can I retake my exam when I failed it?
Main/Official Exams
If you fail the main/official exam, you can retake it by purchasing a new exam voucher. Each exam voucher typically provides one attempt at the exam, however, for some certifications, a voucher may grant multiple attempts. Practice Exams
Practice exams can be taken an unlimited number of times, until you have exhausted your attempts for the main/official exam. However, it’s important to note that the same exam questions may reappear if you retake the practice exam multiple times.
