The SmartDigiDocs Certification Program aims to create a network of certified SmartDigiDocs users, acknowledging their proficiency and fostering a collaborative environment. SmartDigiDocs is a leading-edge Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that empowers businesses to engage with their customers on a personal level across various communication channels, such as web, print, email, SMS, and more. It streamlines document workflow efficiency through advanced automation and in-depth reporting functionalities.

This certification program has been designed to:

  • Validate the knowledge of individuals who utilize the SmartDigiDocs software.
  • Establish recognition for expertise in using the software.
  • Foster a community where professionals can connect, share knowledge, and assist one another.

The program has two main levels: Sketch Professional and Sketch Expert, and two add-on modules: Responsive Email Editor and MyOrchestrator. In this syllabus we detail the requirements for the Sketch Professional certification.

Certification definition

Candidates who achieve the Sketch Professional certification are able to understand the appropriate vocabulary, create, complete, and preview models, leverage most of the available functions to make them dynamic, and modify the data structure.

Certification requirements

To be eligible for the Sketch Professional certification, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Candidates must have undertaken and successfully completed an accredited Sketch Professional course
  • Candidates must have successfully passed the Sketch Professional practical test organised by the accredited trainer.
  • Candidates must have successfully passed the Sketch Professional multiple-choice exam

Certificate renewal

Each certificate is valid for life.

Sketch Professional Certification practical test

At the conclusion of the accredited training, candidates will undergo a practical test designed to assess their ability to apply the learned skills effectively. The test will focus on two key aspects:

  • Model Creation and Functionality: Candidates must present the required model (template) to demonstrate their ability to create, complete, and dynamically utilize the model with most of its available functions.

  • Data Structure Modification: Candidates will be tasked with modifying the data structure by adding a task that alters the XML used, testing their ability to manage and adjust technical components.

Candidates must critically analyze information, compare and contrast different perspectives, and make informed decisions. They should demonstrate the ability to evaluate the quality, validity, and reliability of information, arguments, or solutions.
