P3.express is a minimalist, practical project management system used in many different types of projects worldwide. It’s easy to learn, easy to use, and easy to teach. P3.express is supported by the Erasmus+ programme of the European.

Certification definition

Candidates who have achieved the P3.express Practitioner certification are expected to be able to manage projects or contribute to their management in an effective and structured way using P3.express.

Certification requirements

Candidates can become certified by accepting the P3.express code of conduct and passing the P3.express Practitioner exam.

Vouchers for the certification exam are available through accredited trainers and certN’s Voucher Distribution System.

Certificate renewal

Certificates are valid for life but are attributed to the year they are issued, e.g., “P3P-2022”. The level of confidence in the certificate may decrease as time passes since the evaluation; e.g., a potential employer may be confident about a P3P-2022 certificate in 2023 but not so confident in 2025.

Practitioners are encouraged to re-certify every year to stay up to date. All professionals with an up-to-date certificate can renew their certificate in the first three months of the following year for free.

Severe violations of the code of conduct may result in the certificate(s) cancellation.

More information about the levels of cognition
  • Cognitive Level 1 - Recalling: Candidates are expected to demonstrate basic knowledge and recall of information. They should be able to remember and retrieve facts, concepts, or definitions without necessarily understanding or analyzing them in depth.
  • Cognitive Level 2 - Recalling + Basic Analysis: Candidates are expected to go beyond simple recall and demonstrate a basic level of analysis. In addition to recalling information, they should be able to examine or evaluate it to some extent. This may involve identifying patterns, comparing and contrasting different elements, or organizing information in a meaningful way.
  • Cognitive Level 3 - Recalling + Advanced Analysis and Deduction: Candidates are expected to exhibit a high level of analytical thinking and deduction. They should not only recall information accurately but also engage in sophisticated analysis and draw logical conclusions based on that information. This involves applying higher-order thinking skills, such as critical thinking and problem-solving.
