Certification definition
micro.P3.express Practitioner (µP3P) is a global certification program that defines the minimum level of expertise required to
- take a leadership role in projects that use micro.P3.express, and
- coach others to implement and use micro.P3.express in their projects.
Certification requirements
Candidates can become certified by accepting the P3.express code of conduct and passing the P3.express Practitioner exam.
Vouchers for the certification exam are available through accredited trainers and certN’s Voucher Distribution System.

More information about the levels of cognition
- Cognitive Level 1 - Recalling: Candidates are expected to demonstrate basic knowledge and recall of information. They should be able to remember and retrieve facts, concepts, or definitions without necessarily understanding or analyzing them in depth.
- Cognitive Level 2 - Recalling + Basic Analysis: Candidates are expected to go beyond simple recall and demonstrate a basic level of analysis. In addition to recalling information, they should be able to examine or evaluate it to some extent. This may involve identifying patterns, comparing and contrasting different elements, or organizing information in a meaningful way.
- Cognitive Level 3 - Recalling + Advanced Analysis and Deduction: Candidates are expected to exhibit a high level of analytical thinking and deduction. They should not only recall information accurately but also engage in sophisticated analysis and draw logical conclusions based on that information. This involves applying higher-order thinking skills, such as critical thinking and problem-solving.
