About the best practice

Accreditation institute:Van Haren Certify
Examination institute:certN

Digital Information Design® (DID®) is a specialized framework aimed at enhancing business information management (BIM). Unlike traditional frameworks and models, DID® takes a modular and adaptable approach, offering independence from other existing systems. Its primary objective is to guide organizations in achieving high-quality information and effectively deploying these resources. DID® can be utilized during various phases of business information services development, such as ideation, concept development, design, testing, and operation.

The framework is anchored on core design elements like needs and value, mission and capability, while focusing on four main perspectives—business, information/data, services, and technology. By concentrating on these key elements, DID® helps in the governance, strategy, improvement, and operation of an organization, enabling it to function optimally. With its flexible nature, DID® can be applied across all layers of an organization and can be used in conjunction with other frameworks, or stand alone, providing the ability to custom-fit solutions to an organization’s unique requirements.
